A 2nd Upper Class Honours Tourism Management graduate of the Universiti Teknologi Mara from Malaysia , Started gaining experience in a Management Consulting firm with big companies as their clients such as Telekom Malaysia, PNB, Pos Malaysia, Bank of Commerce and etc.
Currently ZEAL is the Principal trainer and Founder of M&Z Empowerment Center in <country-regionw:ston>Malaysia and <country-regionw:ston>Singapore and has had vast experience in training and entrepreneurship for the last 8 years expanding throughout <country-regionw:ston>Malaysia and <country-regionw:ston><placew:ston>Singapore. His company has organised many workshops on improving presentation skills using Accelerated Learning, Customer Service workshops and teambuilding workshops.
He is a certified Neuro Linguistic Programming Practitioner, a certified life coach recognised by the American Board of NLP, NBPES and NLP University (USA).
Zeal went through many business, financial and personal challenges in his life. Through his inspirational and personal stories, participants can often relate easily with him. Zeal’s training delivery is unique and captivating. Trained in Accelerated Learning Training Technology, Zeal strongly believes in this manner of training as research has proven that learning improves as much as 400% faster than the normal training delivery techniques.
